DLaunch is a 2-day orientation program provided to all new hires on their first two days with the firm. The Legacy team was asked to cover the event in two separate sessions on different dates. This video was to act as a springboard to introduce and sell the program to other Deloitte locations nationwide. The results have been overwhelmingly positive and this content has lead to mass adoption of the program companywide.
New hires took part in a series of team activities to break the ice and set them up for success.
With a very tight schedule, and a full roster of activities for the new hires, we were on our feet for a solid 10 hours. Schedule-wise, we had to split up our teams to capture a sit-down interview with CEO's and participants as they were available on-the-fly. Simultaneously, we were capturing photo and b-roll footage of the team building activities and games. The post production process was lengthy, sorting through terabytes of footage shot over the 2 days.
